Your data is stored on secure servers located within the European Union. This security undergoes periodic audits, and access to your data is limited exclusively to those who require it to provide products or services you have requested.
TPNET employs state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data. However, users should understand that it is impossible to guarantee absolute protection from potential security breaches in the future. TPNET commits to monitoring and resolving any security incidents as promptly as possible, informing affected users within a maximum period of 72 hourss.
For what purposes will my data be used?
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (GDPR), we inform you that the data you provide as a registered user will be processed to:
- Communicate with you, sending notifications about your registration, changes in legal terms, and/or other internal purposes of TPNET.
- Enable the comment system integrated into TPNET websites and provided by Disqus. When you post a comment, your account nickname is published, and the associated email address and IP address are stored.
- Deliver the product or service requested, generally via email.
- Improve our services, leveraging web analytics and systems to provide personalized advertising according to your interests.
- Provide information to third-party entities associated with TPNET to deliver products or services of your interest.

How long is your personal data stored?
We retain your data for as long as your relationship with us remains active. After requesting account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within a maximum of 48 hours. We may retain a secure copy of your unsubscribe request to document your request and avoid future communications.
